Desk tops are separated from frames, drawer units removed, and modular components taken apart in the correct sequence. For L-shaped desks, we document how sections connect. Standing desk motors and legs are handled with extra care to protect electronic components.
Hardware organisation
All screws, bolts, cam locks, and connectors are removed and bagged by component. We label bags clearly so hardware matches its corresponding part during reassembly. Allen keys and special tools that came with the desk are kept with the hardware.
