Storage beds like IKEA MALM have drawers integrated into the frame, or hydraulic lifts for under-bed access. We remove mattresses first, then handle drawer units or gas strut mechanisms. For hydraulic beds, we release pressure safely before disassembling the frame. All moving parts are protected for transport.
Bunk bed safety
Bunk beds must be disassembled in the correct sequence to prevent the structure from becoming unstable. We remove mattresses, then safety rails, then separate the top bunk from the bottom. All bolts are labelled by position because bunk beds often use specific bolts in specific locations for safety compliance.
Adjustable base handling
